How to solve the Ribya crisis with one rubber band (17th March)

I think we can use this rubber band to show our peace-like mind to the world.
I mean we can put it on like bracelet and collect money to help poor libyan.
The world will change and everyone will donate money for libyan so that Gaddafi cannot keep doing war.
The important thing is that we show our opinion by putting on rubber band and paying money but only reading newspaper in the house.
