3 creative ways which my friend accomplishes his goal

<How to get to sleep early>

My friend Joo woo young has a bad habit which goes to sleep late.
I’ve thought 3 ways to change his habit.

1.  I think we normally feel drowsiness after lunch.  We can use it for dinner.  First,  skip your lunch and  stand hunger until you have a dinner.  Second, you just eat up everything before the time that you want to go to sleep.

2. Use your dictionary. Bring your English dictionary to your bed  when you want to go to sleep. And then, start to read silently it from A. You will fall asleep soon.

3. Format your hard disk right now.
